How often is practice?
Practice is held 1-2 days during the week. Once assigned to a team your coach will tell you your teams practice schedule.

What equipment is provided?
- Official NXG Team uniform
- Coaches receive flags, and a league approved ball.
- Rubber cleats are required. Metal cleats are not allowed.
What will I need for practice/games?
Each player will need to have their own mouthguard, water bottle and cleats through out the seasons. A NXG jersey and shorts will be provided to each player that registers.
When will I hear from my coach?
We will host a meeting for our coaches. A date and time will be scheduled. Parents will be notified of the coach and will hear from them prior to the season beginning. A Meet and Greet will be scheduled for all teams/coaches.
When will I recieve my equipment?
Once we complete putting teams together, we will ship the rosters to our inventory department who will begin to pack and ship out individual equipment to each player. You should expect your NXG Flag jersey, flag belts, and any other equipment you may have purchased no later than your scheduled Meet & Greet. You must bring a mouth guard to every practice and game. They will be available at the field for $5 each week.
